Electric heating pipe operation principle
The operating principle of electric heating pipe is that the electric heating element is triangular wiring, and a temperature sensor is provided at the outlet of electric heating pipe. The thermocouple is thermometric element, and the temperature can reach 800 degrees. Technical adjustment of heating power is mainly through the control of the conduction angle of bidirectional triode thyristor in the voltage regulating module to complete the output voltage of the voltage regulating module and then change the power of electric heating pipe.
When the technical requirement starts electric heating pipe, open the power switch first and make sure that the emergency stop point is closed. On the premise that there is no fault alarm, press the start button contactor to pull in, and the upper end of the voltage regulating module is charged.
The medium temperature detection equipment can detect the medium temperature in the equipment. When the medium temperature transmitter converts the temperature signal into a current signal and sends it to the normally closed point of emergency stop, compared with the fundamental heating temperature signal set by technology, electric heating pipe sends the control signal to the computer intelligent controller of the voltage regulating module, and controls the conduction angle of bidirectional triode thyristor, to adjust the output voltage of the module and then change the power of the heater to reach the intention of controlling the medium temperature.
