What is thick film heating? What are the advantages of thick film heaters?
Thick film heating refers to the use of screen printing technology to print insulation materials, resistors, conductors, protection glazes and other materials on the substrate, which are formed through high-temperature sintering.
Domestically developed and mass-produced stainless steel thick film heating tubes fill the gap in domestic tubular stainless steel thick film heating elements. Thick-film heater heating elements from the inside to the outside are mainly composed of stainless steel tube base material, inner insulation medium layer, resistance heating layer and outer insulation medium layer. Water flows through the stainless steel tube, and the thickness of the inner insulation medium layer is about 100 microns. Since the heat conduction distance from the resistance heating layer to the stainless steel substrate is short, the thermal resistance is small, and the thermal response speed is high. Among these applications, the thicker film heating tubes, barrel-like structures, and natural waterways provide 360-degree overall channel heating. The overall heating is relatively uniform, and the heating efficiency is not reduced due to the large number of bubbles on the surface of the heater. As the heat can be conducted away in time, the surface temperature of the entire heat pipe is not high and no open flame can be caused. Good safety and long service life.
